I’m Bryan Bott, a Kansas City area Realtor with Urban Cool Homes, serving buyers, sellers, investors, and families throughout the metro, with a strong focus on Johnson County.

My background in property and casualty insurance gives me an added perspective on homeownership, risk, and the financial considerations that come with buying or owning a home. That experience helps me look at the bigger picture and provide clients with well-rounded guidance throughout the process.

Outside of real estate, I’m a husband, dad, and a lifelong sports fan. I’ve spent more than 25 years coaching, an experience that has shaped the way I lead, communicate, prepare, and help people work toward their goals. I’m also a big Royals and Chiefs fan and proud to call the Kansas City area home.
