Kevin Sprague is a licensed mortgage loan originator and real estate agent serving clients throughout Kansas and Missouri. As a former professional baseball player drafted by the St. Louis Cardinals, Kevin brings the discipline, dedication, and teamwork he learned on the field to every client he serves.

Born and raised in Kansas City, Kansas, Kevin graduated from Washington High School before attending Allen County Community College and McNeese State University. After playing five years of professional baseball, he built successful businesses including Sprague Remodeling and Strike Zone Baseball, an elite baseball academy he owned and operated through 2024.

In 2024, Kevin returned to the mortgage industry, and in 2026, he earned his real estate license, allowing him to guide clients through every step of the home buying process. Today, he serves as a mortgage loan originator with Responsive Mortgage and a real estate agent with Urban Cool Homes.

Kevin is passionate about helping families achieve homeownership and is a proud supporter of the Hero community, proudly serving military members, veterans, first responders, healthcare professionals, teachers, and others who dedicate their lives to serving others.
