0000 240th N/A Erie, KS 66733

Listing details for 0000 240th N/A, Erie, KS 66733 : This diverse hunting property is already set up for success with bedding cover and multiple travel corridors, while also possessing some key elements that would allow a new owner to add personal touches. The tree cover is a nice mix of mature hardwoods and cedars, creating fantastic bedding and travel zones that make deer feel safe. The deer sign on the property proves it. The large field in the center is 57 +/- acres of tillable which provides income and food, but would also be an interesting candidate to enroll in CRP for even better cover while retaining some income. The perimeter fields are currently native grass and have historically been cut for hay, but could be left uncut for additional bedding with some areas being strategically planted to food plots. These fields are already the proper size and located well for hunting different wind directions, and also provide perfect strutting zones for spring turkeys.
