12255 SW Boyer Augusta, KS 67010

Listing details for 12255 SW Boyer, Augusta, KS 67010 : When does an opportunity such as this come along to have 54 acres of land with pond, trees, outbuilding, fenced, and so much more? The sellers loved the land and being just approximately a 1 or so off pavement. They loved the opportunities this land presented. As you enter the home, there is a large open living room with vaulted ceilings, formal dining, kitchen that overlooks the land, and main floor laundry and main floor master bedroom. On the upper level is another bedroom, bath, and loft area and then an additional 2 rooms in the basement (one does not have a window). HVAC was replaced few years back per previous sellers and roof was replaced a few years back. With the cost of materials these days, this is truly a great option for someone looking for land near the city.
