Listing details for 12282 E Quantrill, Moundville, MO 64771 : Full Brick rambling ranch home on gorgeous 5 acres... Brick fireplace is the focal point upon entrance to the living room - 2 bedrooms & bath located on side and the Master Suite down the other hallway--- his and her closets will be appreciated. The utility room serves as the drop-zone coming from the exterior breezeway. In 2006 the owners wanted more space so they opened the kitchen and added a family room that comes with tons of windows built in bookcase and window seat... then had a basement dug for a recreation al room that serves as a storm shelter too. Love the views of Mother Nature out every window and the feeling you get in the country. The Roof was replaced in 2006 when the addition was added. More Photos to follow soon.
