From the I-70 East Lawrence exit (204), go north on Hwy 59. Continue north through the stoplight at Hwy 24-40.
Two miles past 24-40, the road will curve to the west and the speed limit will go down to 45. This is “Midland Junction.” At the farm store, turn right (north) onto Wellman Rd (the street sign says E 1400 Rd).
Go north on Wellman 4.5 miles (speed limit is 45mph for the first mile or so).
Slow down as you cross the bridge, then turn left (west) onto 27th St (gravel). .06 mile just over the hill the property will be on your left.
