5801 NE Hidden Meadows Dr Lee's Summit, MO 64064

Listing details for 5801 NE Hidden Meadows Dr, Lee's Summit, MO 64064 : Unique opportunity and probably the best condition fixer upper you've EVER seen! (basically needs carpet and paint.) Former model home, this home was one of the first in Oak Ridge Meadows, built before Voy Spears Elementary, right across the street, in 2000. Because it was the model home, there were $5,903 in upgrades then which translates conservatively to over $11K in today's dollars! Loads of extras like extensive crown molding. The tax records & other web sites have the home listed as a 3 bedroom. It is not currently a 3 bdrm, it's a two bedroom, 2.5 bath, however, it'd be pretty easy to enclose the upstairs loft/office area into a 3rd bdrm. See pictures. The total finished square foot is 2065, not including the unfinished basement (it's in excellent shape!) w/ ten foot ceilings. This 1.5 story offers 1,444 sq ft of main floor living and would be perfect for someone wanting to get into the area without the premium price tag! (In 3 years, THE LEAST EXPENSIVE sold single family home is 335K out of 68 sold SF listings!) Someone is really going to do well on this one! You're going to love the kitchen w/ tile backsplash, loads of beautiful custom cabinets, gleaming hardwoods, Corian countertops, all in fantastic shape! Eat in Kitchen opens up to living room w/ soaring ceilings, see through FP, floor to ceiling casement windows. Excellent flow of natural light! Main floor also includes formal dining room, laundry, enormous pantry, and primary bedroom. Excellent master bath w/big soaker tub and sep shower! Wait till you see the fantastic closets! Even the loft/office area upstairs has a enormous walk in closet! Covered back patio. So much potential! Low annual HOA dues include a community pool and walking trails. Home is being sold AS IS.
