600 72nd Ter Gladstone, MO 64118

Listing details for 600 72nd Ter, Gladstone, MO 64118 : Bones of this home are good - newer roof. Huge backyard! Young owners tried helping a member of their church by renting their home to them, rather than selling it 2 years ago. Tenant tore this adorable home up and it needs some love. It needs new paint, new carpet (or refinished wood floors under the carpet), kitchen remodel, bathroom floor needs new tile and maybe subflooring (due to tenant not using a shower curtain to prevent water from destroying the floor). Basement has a faucet with a leak that needs to be fixed. Tenant unhooked the washer and dryer and let water drain out on the floor. There is some wood rot around a few windows. The 3rd bedroom was converted by previous owners and the exterior siding is coming off - so a few repairs needed there.
