Listing details for 607 W Maple St, Plattsburg, MO 64477 : Beautiful 1/2 acre (MOL) lot with trees and a 3-4 bedroom home and detached garage and sheds. Fourth bedroom is non conventional, no windows, but is a main floor room and would be great office or even a walk in pantry. Lovely kitchen, and bathroom has a jetted tub and separate shower. Newer furnace, windows and dishwasher. There is some work that needs to be done, such as painting, flooring and a bit of drywall around a couple of windows, which is why the listing doesn't offer FHA option. Totally livable, just needs a little TLC.
