South on Hwy13 thru Clinton.Just before Lowry City you will see Highway A & C. Take Highway east. Go 8 miles. (after going across bridge over lake there will be a gas station called the Bears Den. If you turn left onto the road just before that you will get to the Talley Boat Ramp road) Go 2 miles past Beard Den and house will be on the right. Across the road from the road which leads to the boat ramp is a great campground! Seller says that they put the boat in at the dock and pick everyone else up at end of road next to the property. Says they swim in the area also. House on Blacktop road.
