Listing details for Ww Hw, Harris, MO 64645 : Here is an opportunity to own 56+/- acres in Western Sullivan County. This property is packed with recreational opportunities and provides some excellent Northern Missouri deer hunting. Located just 25 miles South of the Iowa line and in Sullivan County, which is known for its excellent hunting, this property's location is perfect. The neighboring farms consist of CRP and heavy timber making this farm strategically located as a great travel corridor. I kicked up several deer the day I toured this farm and the place is loaded with rubs, scapes, and general deer sign.  The farm currently has 34 acres enrolled in CRP which will provide a new owner $5,192 dollars annually. If a new owner wishes they could pursue converting the CRP into row crop production. The remainder of the farm consists of heavy wooded draws, food plots, mowed trails, and a graveled deer camp/cabin location. The farm is conveniently located on a blacktop highway and has utilities located at the road. If you are in the market for a place to build a dream home, this farm has several ridge tops with great views that provide excellent building locations. The deer camp/camping location is graveled and ready for you to park your camper or build a cabin for several days of hunting or camping.  If you are in the market for a recreational/hunting farm WITH income then give this place a look. If you are looking for some land to build a home, this one checks a lot of boxes for that as well!
