For this Foodie Friday, we visited Dockum speakeasy. Located in the basement of the Ambassador hotel, Dockum prides itself on exclusivity and description. Their combination of refined, handcrafted cocktails and warm, inviting setting makes for an unforgettable experience.
Dockum supervisor, Kourtnie Roberston, says Dockum is like no other bar in the Wichita area. She says having the option to eat, drink and stay all in the same place makes it extremely convenient.
"You come to Dockum for more than just the drinks. You come for the experience. As you walk into Dockum, you're greeted by warm candle light, jazz music and inviting craft makers. This is the ideal ambience for an evening out for a bite to eat and delecious libations," Roberstons says.
