Nancy Parish has been in the food industry for a majority of her life. She started out as waitress at a popular bar near Downtown Wichita, The Artichoke, and was there for nearly 15 years. She eventually bought in and was a co-owner for a duration of her time there.
She eventually left and opened her current restaurant, Nancy's A-Maize-N Sandwiches in Maize, KS. For all your sandwich needs, go visit Nancy. She also caters events.
