This week we are shining the spotlight on our Operations Manager - AKA, the person who keeps everything running smoothly - Rachel Reed! She enjoys working in real estate because it's always changing - no two houses or transactions are the same. She also loves getting to meet so many new people.
We are so thankful to have Rachel in our office. She is a problem solver and always adds the perfect amount of humor to our meetings.
Rachel has lived in Wichita for 15 years and can usually be found hanging out with friends and family in Old Town (where she lives, we're all jealous). She also has a passion for travelling and has been to 12 countries! When travel restrictions ease up, she hopes to add to that number. So far, Costa Rica has been her favorite.
