1123 S Pershing Wichita, KS 67218

Listing details for 1123 S Pershing, Wichita, KS 67218 : This is a real deal, especially if you like natural wood and can do minor repair. Seller has stripped most wood and applied polyurethane to most of it. This is carefree living. The HOA maintains the outside of the building except windows and doors. HOA also maintains plumbing and forced air furnace. Central air hasn't been turned on in several years. Personal items are being moved out now but Seller might be willing to leave a lot of furniture, etc. Owner must mow a small area but all large common areas are maintained by HOA. Just pay a $100 application fee, be interviewed by the HOA then pay the $250 initiation fee and you have a home. These must be bought with cash. No loans allowed. And, they must be owner occupied; but this is incredibly affordable living. Seller hasn't lived in the property for several years so no Seller's Disclosure has been provided.
