809 E 117th St Kansas City, MO 64131

Listing details for 809 E 117th St, Kansas City, MO 64131 : Rare 5 bedroom home with a HUGE yard and lots of parking. Freshly painted kitchen cabinets, appliances stay except the washer and dryer. Hardwood floors (need a little TLC). We believe there used to be a hearth along the wall to the fireplace. It was removed prior to these owners. Would be beautiful to add it or something along there. Master is on the 1st floor along w/ 2 other bedrooms. There is a huge bathroom on the first floor! Upstairs is 2 more bedrooms (could add a bathroom to the bigger one) There is a bonus room between the bedrooms (maybe it could be a bathroom too). These were added prior to these owners. Covered area as you go out the French door for covered grilling & bringing in your groceries! Full basement can be partially finished to make this a great family home! Prior owners provided the structural engineer's report and termite treatment receipt (they are uploaded to MLS). This home has a ton of possibilities for someone needed a big house and doesn't mind some elbow grease! Make improvements and have EQUITY in your home in this crazy market! The low spot in the back has been like that since my seller's bought it. They have not had issues with it. The sump pump and gutter in back drain there. They are un-aware of any issues with it.
