9717 E Bayley Wichita, KS 67207

Listing details for 9717 E Bayley, Wichita, KS 67207 : This home is in a prime location. From your back deck, instead of looking at the back of your neighbors house, you look directly into Harrison Park! This park has a pond, a baseball field, tennis courts, a play ground and a walking path that circles the entire park! The owners have taken great pride in their home and are always in project mode so there is really nothing that needs to be done prior to moving in. When they purchased the home there was an abundance of light oak trim, which is not as popular as it once was. They removed it all, painted it white and replaced it. The results were transforming! They have also added a 4th bedroom in the basement which makes the home much more versatile. A beautiful home in a very desirable location!
