Listing details for 4225 Holmes St, Kansas City, MO 64110 : The cutest, coziest bungalow in the heart of KC! You will LOVE the character and creative colors this little cutie has to offer with eye-catching, unique exterior paint colors and the sweetest front (covered) porch to watch the world go by. 4225 Holmes Street has 2 main-floor bedrooms and 1 bathroom and timeless clawfoot tub, along with a dormer on the second level that can act as a workout area, office, guest room, or storage space. The kitchen, dining, and living room offer an open floor plan with original espresso wood detail, high ceilings and a light filled rooms with original, wood framed windows. Take note of the no-scape landscaping the Seller created during her ownership, along with expanding the driveway for easier access when pulling in or out of the private driveway and you will be sure to enjoy the newly installed gas stove during the cold KC winter! When I asked the Seller what they loved most about living in Hyde Park, her response was simple. She has an appreciation for the robust, mature trees that line the streets, the area has a residential feel, but the home is deceptively tucked away within the city. The seller enjoyed walking to nearby parks and coffee shops with her dogs and often enjoyed a stroll to the Nelson Atkins Museum and Rigazza or Tailleur Restaurants.
