6807 E 98th St Kansas City, MO 64134

Listing details for 6807 E 98th St, Kansas City, MO 64134 : Solid, 3 bedroom, 2 bathroom house for sale! South KCMO property up for grabs. Slide in, doll it up, make it your own, add some value. Seller is ready to deal; should be a simple transition. Lots of opportunity in this subdivision as a buy & hold; great rentals all around here. Could work well for an owner-occupant buyer wanting to step in and do some ugprades as well. There's a full, unfinished basement and an enclosed back patio. We're back on the market! The last buyer got cold feet and opted not to renegotiate after some due diligence. See their write up/inspection report in the supplements. It's a shame because the seller is rather flexible... Let's try this one more time... Bring an offer and let's get it done.
