Listing details for 9901 E 51st Ter, Kansas City, MO 64133 : Nice home on a great Kansas City street in the Raytown School District. Spacious floor plan with 2 living areas on the main level, including Living Room & Family Room which opens onto a wonderful deck and brick patio in the fenced in backyard. The Lower Level features another nice sized Family/Rec Room, or it can be used as a 4th BR or office space with daylight/egress windows and closet. On the main floor, there are wood floors (you can see them in one BR, under most of the carpet in LR & BRs, per seller). So, you can either have nice wood floors, or with an acceptable offer, the seller may offer a credit to replace the carpet, or have it replaced. Back on the market after inspections: seller replacing furnace/air-HVAC & making some other repairs. Plus, the roof is only approx. 3 years old. So, the big items are addressed! There is also a convenient storage shed in the backyard. Move right in and enjoy this roomy, cute home!
